A Message from Stacy
I’ve lived an incredible, full life and am working hard to overcome my struggles at the moment. But I want to talk about โ you. No matter your struggles โ or your loved one’s struggles โ never give up and always advocate for yourself and your loved ones. When things get tough, try and remind yourself that life is fleeting. The difficult moments don’t last forever.
And follow your heart when you’re not sure what to do. Your heart will guide you. Supporting your loved one(s) comes back full circle. I can attest to this. When I was struggling after my double mastectomy this past July, my loved ones whom I love and support were there for me in all ways. I’m not saying it’s easy. I’m saying be there. And if needed, reach out for additional support. You’ve got this!
You are beautiful, you are loved, you are magical and you are enough. We only get this one life so make it count. Find people who will support you and love you no matter your circumstances. They exist and will lift you up during the worst of times.
And always take care of your mental health in addition to your physical health. If you need resources or specific information, ask your care team. And you can always ask your family and friends for help as well. You are not alone.
When we choose to exist with a forgiving, thankful heart that’s full of unconditional love, we can’t go wrong. I wish you and your loved ones all the very best. May we all find comfort, a sense of peace and belonging, and love as we walk the walk here on Earth โ this heavenly place we call home.
Godspeed, Stacy
